    Infinix Zero Ultra Review:

Upon encountering the Infinix Zero Ultra, the price may initially seem steep, especially for a middle-class earner in Nigeria. However, a closer look at its features and capabilities reveals that every naira spent is justified. While it may not be without its drawbacks, this device certainly offers substantial value to the user.

    Design Quality:

Infinix has taken a bold and distinctive approach to the design of the Zero Ultra. The Genesis Noir variant stands out with its striking combination of leather and glass on the rear panel. The leather texture provides a secure grip, while the glossy glass imparts a premium shine. However, it is worth noting that the glass is prone to fingerprints.

The Coslight Silver Variant boasts a star trail design, featuring curved glass both on the rear cover and front. This, combined with the premium aesthetic, makes the Infinix Zero Ultra an eye-catching device. The camera module on the rear, housing three sensors and an LED flash, is neatly integrated into a rectangular box.

In terms of ports and speaker placement, the device features a top-facing speaker and secondary microphone, while the bottom houses a primary microphone, slots for two SIM cards, a Type-C port, and a firing speaker. The right side of the frame hosts the volume rocker and a distinctive neon green power button. The only drawback we found was the weight, as the Infinix Zero Ultra comes in at 213 grams, which may take some getting used to.

    Charging:

Infinix touts the Zero Ultra’s “Thundercharge” feature, marketing its impressive 180W charging capability. While this may raise concerns, the company assures users of safety measures in both hardware and software. The battery is divided into cells, each holding 2250 mAh, resulting in a total capacity of 4500 mAh. Enabling fusion mode allows the device to charge from 5% to 100% in just 12 minutes, albeit with some heat generation. Opting for standard charging may be a more prudent choice.

    Display:

The Infinix Zero Ultra boasts a generous 6.8-inch AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution. The curved display adds a touch of elegance to the device’s overall look. While specifics on the body-to-screen ratio have not been disclosed, users have the option to switch between a 120 Hz, 90 Hz, or 60 Hz refresh rate, balancing performance and battery life.

    Conclusion:

The Infinix Zero Ultra emerges as a noteworthy contender in the Nigerian smartphone market, blending style, performance, and affordability. While its price point may initially raise eyebrows, a deeper dive into its features and capabilities proves its worth. With a distinctive design, impressive charging capabilities, and a striking display, the Infinix Zero Ultra caters to a diverse range of users.
